DELIVERY AREAS
We deliver to all major cities and regions of Pakistan through our trusted courier partners. If your location is not serviceable, our team will reach out to you immediately.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to receive the parcel.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. Tracking may take a few hours to update in the courier’s system.
INCORRECT ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERIES
Kingpin & Co. is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping details. Please double-check your address, phone number, and city before placing your order. If an error occurs from our side, we will take full responsibility.
DAMAGED / LOST PARCELS
If your parcel is damaged or lost in transit, contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue with the courier and send a replacement at no additional cost, provided the courier confirms the issue.

All products will be shipped together, unless there is a stock or warehouse limitation. If separate shipments are required, we will notify you in advance.
