Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Please note: Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage after use are not eligible for return or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
  • Products damaged due to improper use
  • Items returned without original packaging

Return Process

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number and clear images of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
  • Once approved, we will guide you through the return process

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Refund Policy

  • Upon approval, a replacement will be sent or a refund will be processed
  • Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

Return Shipping

  • If the issue is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • For returns approved for other reasons, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility

Order Refusal

Refusal of a confirmed order at delivery without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future orders.
